Meet Elisabeth

Two years ago, I moved from Norway to Mallorca — and I quickly fell in love with the island. The calm energy, the sea, and the way of life here inspired me to create a practice built on presence, connection, and genuine care.

For me, osteopathy is about much more than relieving pain. It’s about understanding why it happens — finding the root cause and helping the body return to its natural state of balance. Every person carries their own story, and each treatment is an opportunity to listen, observe, and guide the body toward lasting well-being.

My approach is holistic and highly personalized. I look at the whole picture — structure, movement, lifestyle, and emotion — to create treatments that support recovery, performance, and long-term health.

I am educated at Kristiania University College in Oslo, where I completed a bachelor’s degree and four years of advanced studies in osteopathy. I’ve also undertaken further training in sports osteopathy, with a focus on movement, balance, and injury prevention.

As a dedicated osteopath, I bring warmth, expertise, and genuine care for your well-being. Whether you’re seeking treatment for acute pain, chronic issues, or simply wish to optimize your health, I am here to help.

Welcome to a new way of receiving care – where comfort meets professionalism.

Meet Elida

I am a qualified osteopath, having completed a four-year degree in Oslo, and a co-owner with a strong passion for helping people achieve a body that functions better in everyday life. My approach is holistic, and I always look for connections between the body’s structure, function, and both physical and mental load.

In my treatments, I place particular emphasis on restoring movement, reducing pain, and supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and adapt. I work individually with each patient and tailor the treatment to your specific needs, goals, and circumstances. Creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and actively involved in your own treatment process is very important to me.

I have a special interest in the relationship between breathing, stress, and musculoskeletal conditions, and I frequently work with issues such as tension headaches, neck and back pain, stress-related symptoms, and reduced function within the musculoskeletal system. Through hands-on techniques, guidance, and increased body awareness, I aim to promote greater balance, flow, and vitality in the body.

My goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to help you return to the activities you enjoy—whether that is work, exercise, or simply living a pain-free everyday life. I believe in long-term solutions and in the importance of understanding your own body to create lasting change.

You are welcome to book an appointment whether you are experiencing acute complaints, long-term pain, or are seeking preventive care.Elida Larsen
